Very good use of colors. I do wonder if Melkor/Morgoth would have adopted such an appearance while he could still take a fair form when trying to tempt Maia like Osse, but then again, he is trying to see himself as "he who arises in might," at a time when he showed this off through extremes of heat and cold, so it checks out alright.

Great work! The only thing I think it needs to improve it is something to provide an idea for how huge this dragon is, such as a the armies below, a mountain or three, or perhaps a certain ship.

What's your rule regarding use of black lines for outlines and such? I see a mix of that plus more natural colored ones on the left and top side.

Tbh I don't really have a rule when it comes to the black outlines. I look at official and fan stuff for reference and kind of just wing it.
