Alright boys, batten down the hatches and prepare for battle! The end of the world as we know it is clearly approaching and when the Formorian scum break through the waves to assault the realm of humanity like the old ones of yore, it will be incumbent upon every descendant of Adam to do his part to drive them straight back to the depths of the watery abyss. Let those who once did battle against brother and relative now take up arms in order to capture the arms of these old ones, then use said arms to beat them while mockingly asking them why they are hitting themselves and when they say we're the ones hitting them, we will tell them they brought this upon themselves, and when they accuse us of stealing jokes from both Team Four Star and the Black Pants Legion, we'll tell them shut up, its only stealing if you don't credit the original. So gather your slingshots, your water pistols, your guns, your missiles, your nukes, your weapons that the Pentagon says we're not supposed to know about, your weapons that not even the Pentagon knows about, make sure to tell Pear how awesome his work is, and get ready to pulverize some Fomorian butt.

Not gonna lie, I kind of wish this version of goblins had a bit more influence.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Jackson films and the green goblinoid design that's so common. I just...eh...its sort of like knowing there's versions of vampires and similar monsters or cryptids that don't look like Dracula or Nosferatu, and you kind of want to see them have their time in the sun...or maybe not, but you get what I mean.

Come to think of it, Surge looks like a character that would be right at home on Newgrounds. Sharp angles and teeth, punk aesthetic, attitude... all fits right here.
